The challenge
Orders were copied by hand between the storefront, warehouse and courier systems, so stock drifted out of sync.
Orders arrived from the website and two marketplaces. Staff copied each one into the warehouse sheet, booked the courier by hand and pasted tracking numbers back. Stock levels drifted between channels, so popular items sold out on one channel while still showing as available on another.
What we built
Integrations that move orders from checkout to delivery automatically and keep stock levels in sync.
One order pipeline
Orders from every channel land in a single queue with consistent statuses, whatever their source.
Inventory sync
Every channel updates when stock moves, with safety buffers for fast-selling items.
Courier automation
Labels are booked through the courier APIs and tracking numbers are written back to the order and sent to the customer.
Exception handling, not just the happy path
Address problems, failed payments and courier rejections go to a review queue with the reason attached, instead of failing silently.
Document extraction
Supplier invoices and delivery notes are read automatically and matched to purchase orders, so only mismatches need a person.
Outcome
The team stopped re-typing orders and tracking numbers, stock stays consistent across channels, and problems show up in one queue with enough context to act on them.
