The challenge
Teachers spent evenings writing lesson plans and quizzes, and students used general chatbots that handed them answers.
Teachers rebuilt lesson plans, quizzes and written feedback for every class, mostly in their own time. Students were already using general-purpose chatbots, which gave them finished answers but not understanding, and the school had no say in what those tools told them.
What we built
A curriculum-aware copilot for teachers and a student study app that walks through problems step by step.
A teacher copilot
It drafts lesson plans, quizzes and feedback from the school's own curriculum and past materials. Teachers edit and approve everything before it reaches a class.
A student study app
It explains concepts step by step and asks guiding questions instead of giving away the answer.
School controls
Schools choose which subjects and grades the assistant covers, with content limited to the approved curriculum.
Progress views
Teachers see which topics a class is struggling with, so the next lesson can start there.
Outcome
Teachers spend less time on preparation and more on teaching, and students get help that builds understanding rather than shortcuts.
